Privacy policy

This policy is provided under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018).

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. When you visit this website

When you open the pages, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page visited, browser and operating system, and the page you came from.

• Purpose: to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix errors.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and working website, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Retention: for as long as necessary for this purpose, after which it is deleted

The typeface on this website is embedded directly. Loading the pages does not open a connection to Google or any other font provider, so your IP address is not passed on to third parties.

3. When you send us an enquiry

If you contact us through the enquiry postcard, by email or by phone, we process the details you give us: name, email address, phone number, optionally your company, the subject you chose, your message and, if you attach it, the page structure created in the planner. The form also sends the page it was submitted from.

• Purpose: to reply to your enquiry, arrange a first conversation with you by email or phone and, where relevant, prepare a quote. We need your phone number to call you back and arrange the appointment.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Required details: name, email and phone are needed so we can reply. Without them we cannot handle your enquiry. Everything else is optional.
• Retention: if no contract follows, we delete your enquiry as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes. If a contract follows, we keep the records for as long as the law requires, for example ten years under Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code.

We do not use your details for marketing and do not pass them on to third parties, except to the service providers listed below who support us technically.

4. What is stored in your browser

If you use the planner, the website stores your page selection and, once you attach it to your postcard, the attachment in your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device and is only transmitted when you send the postcard. This storage is strictly necessary for a feature you request yourself and therefore does not require consent. Details are in our cookie policy.

This website does not use any analytics, advertising or tracking services.

5. Who else receives your data

We work with service providers who process data only on our behalf and according to our instructions (processors under Article 28 GDPR):

We do not transfer your data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access to your data (Article 15 GDPR), to rectification (Article 16), to erasure (Article 17), to restriction of processing (Article 18) and to data portability (Article 20).

Right to object: where we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR).

7. Complaints to the supervisory authority

If you believe we are not processing your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it. You can also contact the authority in the country where you live or work.

We do not make automated decisions and do not create profiles about you. The connection to this website is encrypted.
